Happy March!

Sunday

Happy Birthday to Me! It was my birthday!  I turned 35 and spent the day with my favorite people.  The kids and I went to church in the morning, we went to Panera for lunch, read stories, and ate a yummy dessert of blueberry crumble!

Monday

The boys had swim lessons again and they continue to make more and more improvements!  This was also the first night we all sat at the dinner table together.  I got the highchair seat out of the storage shed and set it up on one of the table chairs so Benjamin can sit at the dinner table with us.  He seems to really enjoy being with us!

Tuesday

Will and James had school in the morning and Ellie Benjamin and I ran a few errands.  I was excited to find the kids new sneakers and I got a few activities for the kids at Marshalls.  After school we spent the afternoon playing in the backyard.  The sky was so blue and the weather was beautiful!

I also noticed for the first time that the stork bite on the back of Benjamin's neck is kind of shaped like a heart.

Wednesday

The boys had speech and swimming in the morning.  They are making slow progress on /s/ blends in therapy.  On our way home we stopped at the park and played for a bit.  Ellie got to pet a little puppy and was in love with the soft little puppy.  The boys ran around and play and found dandelions to blow.

Thursday

While the boys were in school on Thursday I took Ellie (and Benjamin) on a special date to Panera.  Ellie picked out a muffin and some fruit and was so excited to have a little time with just Mommy.  I love getting to hang out with her one on one!

I also worked on cleaning and re-organizing the boys room.  It looks so much better now!!

Friday

We had a fun day playing at the My Museum.  Will, James, Ellie, Benjamin and I spent several hours there.  Will and James loved playing in the pretend kitchen and serving people food.  They were even serving strangers food.  It was really cute to watch.  (A side note:  lately James will tell me he wants to cook food and bake when he gets older)

Saturday

We spent the day around the house on Saturday.  James was so cute "reading" to Ellie.  Of course James can't read yet, but he sat on the couch with Ellie pretending to read.  Ellie was so excited, she looked at me and said "Mommy, James is reading me stories!"

Benjamin has been putting his toes in his mouth, so cute!
