Weekly Highlights: April 12 - 18

Welcome to another week in the #Stayhome life!
Sunday
Happy Easter! He is Risen!!
We had a wonderful time celebrating (I'll elaborate more in this post). Will, James and Ellie's favorite part was hunting for eggs.
Monday
The sun came out on and we went outside for some fun in the sun!
We blew bubbles, ate snacks and just enjoyed the nice weather.
During our school time we made insect hats. Both Will and James choose to make Bees.
Benjamin fell asleep on me for a short nap in the afternoon. I love getting to sit and snuggle with him.
Tuesday
Benjamin found a crayon on the floor and thought it would be a good idea to eat it!
Ellie with her intense cuddling of Benjamin
Another beautiful day outside called for more outdoor play!
The big kids ended up sitting in our drive way watching for traffic to go by. (After about 20 minutes I think they saw 3 cars and one Fedex truck).
The boys ended up climbing the tree in our front yard.
Ellie took a picture of me and Benjamin. (A first where she didn't cut off our heads! Her photography skills are improving!)
Wednesday
We jumped on the band wagon of #chalkthewalk and colored in a section of our sidewalk.
Thursday
We spent the day inside on Thursday. We did our school in the morning and then James was so excited to do his kiwico box.
The boys got to build a snake and a turtle box.
Since Benjamin has started eating food I've been trying to give him more opportunities to have a snack here or there, so we sat at the table for an afternoon snack!
After we finished dinner Will, James and Ellie all wanted to sit on my lap and I was happy to see that they Allan still fit on my lap together.
Someday I'll only need one picture to have everyone looking at the camera!
Friday
It was a cloudy day on Friday. So we spent the day inside. The kids spent time watching a woodpecker and a squirrel. (We may be a little bored at home sometimes). Then we painted rocks for an activity. James and Ellie had a great time the entire time, while Will started out having fun in the beginning the middle was a bit rough since his rocks weren't turning out the way he wanted, but he ended on a high note saying he had a good time.
Benjamin found the baby in the dishwasher.
Saturday
We really didn't do much of anything at all on Saturday. The boys actually spent all day (literally all day) playing in their room. There was no fighting or arguing at all from them. They just played with their little legos having a great time. It was so nice to see.
Ellie spent time playing with her baby dolls and hanging out with me and then bouncing in the bounce house all by herself (which I think she thoroughly enjoyed!).
Benjamin had sweet potato for dinner and decided that he needed to fill in his eyebrows with his dinner!
My mom and I FaceTimed earlier in the day and we found a way to use animojis during our call, haha!
