Halloween 2017

This Halloween was SO much fun this year! Will and James were so excited to go trick or treating this year so they could get "Tandy"!
They dressed up as Max and a wild thing from "Where the Wild Things Are". They boys love this book and I thought it might be fun for them to be characters from one of their favorite books! A huge thank you to my mom who helped me make their costumes a reality!!
I was worried that they wouldn't want to wear the crown and head piece of their costumes because every time I had tried to get them to test them out they would say "no no no". But on Halloween they were so excited to put on their costumes and carry their pumpkin buckets. They did great walking from house to house saying "trick or treat" and "thank you " for the candy they received. When we got home they dumped out their buckets inspected their candy and picked out a few pieces to enjoy before heading off to bed!
I love seeing how excited they get over the simplest things! I can't wait to celebrate the rest of the holiday season with them this year!
Even Ellie got in on the action dressing up with her pumpkin hat!
